The Program

The meal plan typically consists of 5 meals a day, delivered to your patient's door step and 1 meat and vegetable meal prepared at home or in a restaurant. A vegetarian program is also available.

Our females lose about 13-15 pounds a month and our males lose about 20 pounds a month. There are over 70 different meal replacements to chose from. All are low-glycemic and many have been certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.

In addition we offer plans for vegetarians, people with diabetes, teens, seniors, nursing mothers, people with gout, and people undergoing bariatric surgery. We also have detailed plan information for those taking anticoagulants.

There are three easy to follow stages to help patients lose the weight quickly and safely and keep it off for life. The weight loss phase which includes 5 meal replacements and a meat and vegetable meal give the patient 100% of the vitamins and minerals they need and the unique carbohydrate and protein composition helps patients start to burn fat resulting in a natural appetite suppressant. There is no counting calories, carbohydrates or points. Patients lose weight quicker than all of the other commercial weight loss programs on the market therefore patients are more motivated to stick with this plan and are not hungry resulting in fast and successful weight loss.

The transition phase starts to decrease the amount of meal replacements the patient consumes and the weight maintenance phase helps the patient keep the weight off for life using a few meal replacements a day in combination with real food.

One of our registered dietitians will be assigned to your account and coach your patients weekly through each stage, hold the patient accountable and assist with food orders OR one of our registered dietitians will train a member of your staff to do the coaching. Weekly coaching will help your patient plug into the support tools offered on your co-branded website and will hold your patients accountable resulting in a higher success and retention rate.
